Al Naeymiyah Towers was the first residential development in the city of Ajman. It contains 15 residential apartment buildings, each 70 meters (230 feet) tall and with 16-storeys. Each storey contains 4 apartments with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms from 794 to 2,366 square feet. Each apartment contains two balconies, a maid's room and en-suite bathrooms.
