We take this opportunity to announce that we have recently opened the New Escrow Account for all the 3 projects, (viz., Ajman Uptown, Rainbow Tower, Paradise Lake Tower) with Ajman bank, so that you will be able to enjoy the facilities on which the bank provides, such as “Home Financing / Home Loans”to comfort you and to lessen your hardships to pay your balance installments from loans by Ajman Bank, through the respective New Main Escrow Account Numbers.

However, we will formally announce such Home Financing / Loan Scheme after finalizing all the terms and conditions with Ajman Bank. This is just the preliminary / initial stage news.
