Yafea Al Faraj, Executive Director’s of the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA), visited ‘Ajman Uptown’ project on 7^th June, 2012. Executive Director’s upon his arrival was greeted by Chairman, Abdul Sattar Dero; Fahad Sattar Dero, Managing Director and CEO; Also present were Sarwat Husain, Group General Manager; Mohammed Shubair, General Manager technical and Shahid Javed, Financial Controller. The presentation was also attended by the company’s team of engineers; Ruksana Sultana, Project Manager, Yasser Arafat, Construction Manager and consulting engineers; Engr. Awny Abu Zayed, Technical Manager; Engr. Adnan Saffarini; Engr. Saleh Hasnain and Mr. Mohammed Thamir Al Ani and Mr.Abdul Aziz Al Ali of Ajman Bank, the Escrow Account custodian of Ajman Uptown.

Delegation of ARRA led by Director General Yafea Al Faraj also included senior ARRA officials Khaldoun Abbas, Escrow Account Officer; Mohammad Jamal, Legal Advisor; Nasreen Al Sawan, Engineering Department Head and Nael Al Amir, Media and Public Relations Officer. Among other invitee’s were the officials from Ajman Bank. The ARRA delegation was given a full briefing on the current progress of the Ajman Uptown project by Mohammed Shubair, informing him that approximately 200 units were on fast track for completion and will be delivered by September, 2012 by Mr. Sarwat Husain, Group General Manager gave complete overview of the current progress and problems including needed support from ARRA and banking institution to complete and handover the project successfully with all amenities and finance facilities from bank.

After the presentation Mr. Yafea and his team had a tour by inspecting the construction site and were shown ready mock-up villas. He was very much satisfied with progress and assured of his support.
